Did they ask for additional envidence? If that is the case. At least you know they are working on your case. The only notice we have is that they received our case and nothing else.

Thanks God I did not receive any RFE for neither of my cases. one of them was approved on June 23, and the second one on June 29. Both sent to NVC on 7/7, case numbers given on 7/14 and fees paid on July, 21 for AOS and July 27 for IV. Ds-260 completed on 8/1 and civil received 8/8. Just waiting for interview.

Thank you. If u haven't tried enquiry/senator do try, it will definitely help. My PD is oct 4 and got approved in third week of june after contacting senator's office multiple times. Hang in there. It will be anytime soon.

That doesn't help if u are waiting for security clearance.  But atleast they will get a clear answer.  I heard back from my congress woman. And USCIS told her they are waiting for security clearance. (Background check) to come back.  This can not be expidited   30-60 days wait.  So I'm chilling 😀

Hello All,

Called NVC today and they let me know that my papers were accepted this morning. It took 9 weeks and 4 days for the papers to be accepted. He said we are now waiting for an interview date and should hopefully hear something by next week. He said they usually schedule the interviews at the end of each month. We are so excited!!! If all goes well she should be here next month!!!

Good luck to you all and wish you quick approvals!

Daniel

Hi everyone

My 130 was approved June 15 however I am still waiting to hear from NVC. I contacted them multiple times and they said they did not receive my file yet and do not have a NVC number for me yet. I emailed proof that my 130 was approved and I'm still waiting. Is anyone else stuck at this stage between USCIS and NVC?

Hey everyone just giving you an update. NVC was finished for me on May 19 and the email came for my interview on August 20. I'm set to interview September 11, and wow everything is happening fast. My medical is in three days and there's still so much to do but the end is finally near!

Don't give up hope.
