Ugh after 9 days of paying and 7 days of my money being taken from my account im still not able to complete my DS 260... payment still processing. I emailed the NVC with a screenshot if my bankstatement and still havent heard from them. Anyone in my same situation? Thanksss

I paid the fees 4 days back. nothing happened so far. When i called NVC, I was told to wait 2 weeks.

Hi everyone😊 I haven't posted in awhile.  Our i-130 was,approved on april 24th.  NVC scan date of may 24th, and just found out last night we were sent to review dept. On July 12th😍.  I pray to get a case closed and interview date soon😀.  Congrats to everyone, I believe we all may see an end to this crazy process very soon😁

So our case was sent to NVC the fifth January and since then we are stuck there. We paid the fees and I filed the Ds260 

The problem is that we can't get the letter of non filing from the irs. We have contacted several times still nothing. It's driving insane. 

Did it happen to anyone else ? Anyone has advice ?

Hi everyone!

Our I-130 was approved June 15, 2017. I'm still waiting to hear from NVC. Is anyone in the same position? Does it usually take this long? Is there anyway I can speed up the process?

In my understanding I can't submit inquiry in the USCIS Website if my priority date is not passed the timeline in their website. In May Nebraska timeline showed processing priority date 09/31/16 and I tried to submit inquiry on that time but they couldn't let me and didn't give me any request ID Number and said that my priority date has not passed the date in the Nebraska processing timeline.

 

On 14th June 2017, Nebraska finally updated their timeline and said processing 10/31/16 so I file inquiry and it succeed at that time and got request ID number.

 

So I'm curious how can you file inquiry before you got approved on 05/31/16 when your priority date has not passed Nebraska timeline in USCIS Website?

 

My PD is 10/25/2016. Thank you.

Hey there!

today marks two weeks since i paid my immigration fee (the 325) still in process on the website. 

I called and they told me they are having issues with the ceac website and that they are working on it! 

Is any of you guys having this problem?

i feel like im on the limbo without being able to move forward with the process!!! 

They told me they dont know when this is going to be fixed! 

The money was taken out of my account two days after i paid! 

Sooooo frustrated, lmk if you have any information on this topic please

I just wanted to share with you that our approval had FINALLY arrived today! (PD 10/25) and wanted to say thank you putting up with me during the last 8 months 😬

Now I have a question, how long did it take for your case to be received by NVC after the approval? I am trying to know what the timeframe is so I know when to start calling NVC.

p.s. Our case is being procces at Nebraska.

1O/25 IS MY PD TOO, I WAS APPROVED LAST 6/23 AND SENT TO NVC ON 7/7, NVC RECEIVED LAST FRIDAY 7/14 AND HAS NOT ENTERED IN THE SYSTEM YET, THEY SAY I HAVE TO ALLOW THEM AT LEAST 2 WEEKS AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE CASE TO PUT IT IN IN THE SYSTEM. GOOD LUCK.
