You are not alone .. I am sitting here waiting as well .. They are processing and approving November cases and we are still here waiting .. not fair! Has there been any new approvals from October recently? I believe 10/25 is the bottom of the list at Nebraska as all the cases beyond that date were transferred to Texas. Any early October filers are still waiting here?

Tired of waiting.. I'm also 10/25 Nebraska... I hope and pray we get our approvals soon

Again, I'm there along with you. I received the IV invoice after midnight, I went in this morning and it was unlocked and ready for me to pay. I too went ahead and paid it using internet explorer and had no issues. AOS fee still processing since Saturday.

This really sucks. None of this journey is easy. I never thought I would have a problem with this simple payment stage. I hope mine also gets unlocked soon. Let's keep it up!

As of this morning it unlocked the ability for me to pay my IV fee but my AOS fee is still In Process. I paid the IV fee with Internet Explorer and it seemed to go through ok so hopefully that will clear soon. I'm hopeful that by next monday the AOS fee will reset and I can be done with NVC mid next week. I have my packet all set and am just waiting to send it out. Any one else have their IV fee unlocked with the In Process AOS fee still there?

Same thing happened to me, it unlocked this morning and I paid the fee with Internet Explorer. 1 week lost because of using Google Chrome!

We just submitted our Choice of Agent! How exciting. We are going to call them this evening and ask them to review it over the phone. For those of you who did this, how many days after were you able to pay for fees?

Good luck to you all. It is great to see progress.

My PD is oct 14 and I'm still waiting I call every other week I just called last week and they told me I have to wait at least one more month for them to send a "service request" to Nebraska. They also told me that they are working on sept 30 cases and that I'm in normal processing time which is 6 to 8 months wait

Hello All,

I received a check list for NVC documents.

Question is do i have to send all of it?

For example

Evidence of income - Which is pay stub i believe?

W2 - I have them

IRS Tax transcript - I have them as well

Federal income tax returns - isn't this already included in transcript?

Social security statement  -> Do i have to include this if i'm including all the above already?

Proof of asset -> such as?

NVCdoc.PNG

An attorney advised me to submit as much as possible. I submitted both the transcripts and the tax returns/w2 forms. She also told me to submit 6 months worth of check stubs. I did not submit Social Security Earnings Statement but hopefully what I submitted is good enough for them....

Just a tip for those making payments......It takes at least 3 business days for payments to update from "in process" to paid. That does not include weekends or holidays.  I had the same thing happened to me but since I was still gathering paperwork I had enough time to wait for the website to update.  Their process is  still very slow but I still have some kind of hope......

Is this true?? What do I do? I really need some guidance on NVC I have no idea what I am doing or what Im supposed to do...
