Desde octubre 25 en nebraska por mi mama y nov 22 en nebraska por mi esposo. por mi mama ya llevo esperando 6 meses y medio

Casi el mismo tiempo. Yo llevo 7 meses. La verdad desesperan. Yo te informo si algo cambia en mi caso.

Have you tried contacting USCIS and spoken to tier 2. If so, just give it till the end of may. I'd wait one month after VJ estimated time. 

 

I also heard that USCIS updates their processing times every few months on the 15th of the month so hopefully they will update it this 15th and then you can call USCIS so they see the time is overdue.

Yo tambien soy mexicana y mi esposo bacido en Venezuela pero ya es ciudsdano americano desde hace algunos años. Tal vez el pais tiene algo que ver 😞, estoy desesperada y deprimida. Yo cumpli 8 meses de espera en junio

I think number is based on the order of when it got received by USCIS. My number is around 11k. ie 5k petitions after yours. btw u happen to know any reason for the delay? AFAIK mine and @vizthum is stuck in background check clearance. I am gonna follow your timeline as well. Let us keep each other updated.

Te entiendo!!  omg se pasan de verdad. Leidy lleva 6 meses, yo 7, tu 8.. Es demasiado. Yo digo que tiene que ver el pais. Si son de MX o latinos o arabes, se tardan un chin... Pero yo me esperaria hasta final de mayo..

My husband called uscis, he didne know about tier 2 so he didnt ask to be tranfered, tier 1   told him they are still processing cases from august 30th, that it may take two more months for us to get a decission. Im gonna ask him to call again in his day off, im in Mexico and since im not the petitioner they wont give me any information regardless the case. Have you spoke to tier 2? What did they say?

I haven't spoken to tier2 because apparently the website still hasn't been updated so it doesn't show my case to be outside of processing times. So I am waiting for the time to pass, maybe a miracle will happen and I will get the letter soon. And hell no, Nebraska already approved some from OCT. I am in Texas center though. I did start in nebraska.
