We've been waiting on RFE letter sincw April 27th and nothing yet:(

Hello everyone. I may be a bit late. I filed October 31, 2016. Sent to Nebraska then after some time I got transferred to Texas. The NOA1 came after 5 days of filing. Still waiting for my noa2. Married to an Egyptian btw. Good luck to all!

I have a petition from nov too. but until i do not have answer from October i wont be worry about november

I checked my status online last week and it stated a letter requesting evidence was sent. I did not receive it yet. Did anyone else get the letter?

Are you the petitioner? Our OD was Nov 2016. I'm hoping to receive something within this month.

Yeah it's so frustrating! I feel like this process is taking too long. I just hope whatever they request is quick to get so we can send it quickly. I'll keep you updated

I hope so. I know a lot of people are getting anxious, desperate and stressed, myself included. VJ estimated time for my i130 yo be adjudicated is may 18 to may 30, let's hope it's right. It's stressing me out. Goodluck to everyone!

I have the Stephen Aldous USCIS tracker app and it has not been updating since 5/3. Has anyone else had that problem? I am wondering if it's a problem for USCIS or just the app or my phone.
