I just got my message today (7amcst) and mine was approved 2 days before (24th). so it may be approved but you haven't gotten the update yet.  hang in there it will happen very soon I know.

I'm just upset and frustrated... it's extremely nerve racking. My stomach is in knots waiting. I'm so impatient... my poor husband has to deal with my inability to be patient lol.

I just got approval today PD October 14 - got updates on App, text and Email, it was approved yesterday 4/26 at Nebraska.

Did you receive one? An RFE could be for literally anything. It's really hard to speculate. But based on reading stories here on VisaJourney, common RFEs are :

1. You didn't fill out the I-130 or G-325a properly (e.g. left a box you were supposed to fill out empty).
2. Forgot some required document (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate, passport)
3. Insufficient evidence of a bonafide marriage (e.g., you might need to send even more proof of a bonafide marriage).

It's impossible to say for sure, but the above three are the usual suspects.

Thanks a lot. Do we need to send whatever they requested or we can send more? I am asking because we have a baby now and if we need to send his documents as well? (I mean his US passport, birth certificate,...)

Hello everyone I am just finding this thread! So good to physically see that I am not alone out here. The USCIS recieved my package on October 24.. I am losing my patience, but albeit still patient lol 

 

Any idea when I should be expecting something? We were sent to the Nebraska Service Center. My husband is from Guatemala I am here in the U.S.
