Seems like lot of applications that went to Texas from end of October cases are getting approved and Nebraska still working on Oct 5th-7th. People that are in middle of month are somewhat screwed by this system.

October 11,still no news from Nebraska,my case never got transferred, this is sick.

We are October 13th, so we have officially hit the 6 month mark. I tried the automated phone system to check on our I-130 today, and it says i am not entering enough digits! But I am entering all 10, as it instructs me to do.

Has anyone else had this problem? I am hoping this is GOOD news, like maybe we are about to get an approval. But at the same time, it is really worrying me!

Yeah, we actually use the website and app, but I decided to try calling today, in hopes of speaking to someone. I called the  1-800-375-5283 number. Is there a different number, the one people talk about speaking with a tier 2 rep on?

Hey, wow! I genuinely appreciate you doing that. Thanks so much. You are very kind.

Well, let's hope we both get our NOA2 very soon. The anticipation is suffocating!

YES!! I am seriously considering giving up and relocating to India.  the process here is complete insanity.  I got my visa changed in india in less than 2 months and the USA takes years.. it's not fair. I hope you get some good news soon.  Lord knows we need it😀

We have a filing date of October 14th at Potomac. Still no news. Yesterday my husband checked with the centre and called them up, they said they are still working on September. But he also said he would be filing for an update on our case, as it's overdue, which means we will get information on what's going on within 15 days! Pretty ridiculous to be honest. After living together in the UK for 7 years, this process is so much worse than the UKs! I think for a second perhaps this is just America hoping some people do give up and just move somewhere else! But reality is, there needs a massive funding boost to this department from the government. Its been cut back so much!

Upon calling the USCIS today (Tier 1 support I believe), they said the case as of date on The USCIS Processing times page is accurate. Does this really mean that they are stuck on August 9 still?

The Last Updated date on the bottom isn't much help either and continues to add fuel to further frustration as days go by with no real changes to case as of date on the website.

How many people from October @ Nebraska Service Center; without being transferred have been approved so far from October 2016? Have any?

Our case is at Nebraska as of Oct 12. We haven't been approved yet. I have attempted to call to see what is going on. Of course there are no answers when you call. I have said I have heard of cases received after mine have been approved I just want to make sure my case hasn't been lost and they only say all cases are different. I then say there has been no update on my case whatsoever so I was just checking. :( it really seems to just be a luck game at this point. Hopefully they pick your case up before they go home or to lunch haha.

Oh, crazy. Ok. I didn't try that because it asks for 10 digits, and including LIN would make that 13.

Thanks for letting me know.
