Husband is coming from Dominican Republic with his son. Hopefully depending on the mail many will get the same approval as me. I never called or used the app but I am happy to receive the letters in the mail today. Now to see what the next steps are......

Hi lamafiosa69, what a great news!! Looks like you got this news by mail. Have you also checked online at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do with your status updated? My PD is similar to yours (10/19) and one day later than yours (3/8) on transferal to Texas, but our online status is still pending. Possible there is a delay from the online status? I really hope we are approved one day after yours! Congrats.

I never checked online. I am under the assumption that the online database is not updating as fast as what is being received in the mail. Also it is very hard to tell how they are approving these applications since there are some in the September forum still waiting for approval. But hopefully you get an answer soon....

I just used the link you provided to check my case and it is still showing the pending status which is not accurate.

No news here just yet.. I am curious from the people who have been approved how they found out they were approved.... did you find out through regular mail, uscis app, text notification or email. I hate to say it is exactly 6 months today and we are going crazy waiting like everyone on here.. wow this process makes you extremely impatient.

I agree with you the waiting is making me impatient as well... mine will be exactly 6months after 13days. Hoping and praying I will be approved soon.. Nebraska is the slowest service center ever... . 🙁🙁 you can also join Facebook group...I-130 filers immigration visa group. People share their stories there... some are getting approved from october...

We got our approval, through App, the website and email...

Thank you so much. Only everyone on here knows the feelings my husband and I are going through because everyone else has the same problem. I will say reading messages from everyone helps a little. I am a bit jealous some people are getting approved from the Nebraska office and ours hasn't haha. I am happy for anyone who gets approved of course... I know we all are thinking why not us yet. Good luck to everyone on this hard journey.

I found out in the mail. The letter was dated 04/04 and I got it in the mail 04/08.
