im filing i751 now have question.

1. In Petitioner's Signature Who Have To Sign Me Or My Wife?

I Have To File ROC For Me.

2. What To Fill In Part 8 As I Put Nothing In Part 4 As I'm Living With My Wife.

You are the petitioner.

Why did you leave part 4 blank? Isn't your wife the USC? Are you not filing jointly with your wife? If you are filing jointly and she is the USC, then check box 1a.

I wouldn't send your package until Nov 1st. If they get it too early, they'll send it back. No great rush for this part of the process.

Nov 1 is not a deadline for applying. That is just the beginning of the 90 day window for you. I would suggest that you mail the package on Monday Oct 31st and no sooner.

Thank You. Will Send It On Monday.

One check for $590 is good. You do not need to include copies of your passports or your birth certificates. Some applicants send a copy of their marriage certificate (we did not).

#7 and #8 are the most important parts of your evidence package. So send as much financial evidence as possible. My recommendation is to send every page of every joint statements.

Tax Transcripts are better than Tax Returns. You get tax transcripts from the IRS website. You can get it online or by mail (takes about a week by mail).
