Removing Conditions on Greencard

My wife and I filed for the removal of conditions on her permanent residency after two years. We went for biometrics and have heard absolutely nothing more from USCIS. Her temporary green card is now expired. She has no valid ID other than her passport. How long does it take to get an interview or her permanent green card?

ROC can take a long time. When you received the NOA1 it should have said that her Permanent Resident Status was extended 1 year while ROC was approved. She could get a state ID or driver license with this letter.

It is hard to say when you will get the new card. I know some people here have been waiting for 1 year. Some are approved in 6 months. It also depends where you file CSC or VSC?

Lastly, not all people get interviews for ROC.
