NVC delay

I need your advice about my case as it's been significantly delayed by the NVC, they took 6 weeks for initial review before sending a checklist requesting a translation of the marriage certificate however it was issued in the official language of the country we're applying from, a military certificate however it was already sent with the package and a foreign police certificate from Qatar however the beneficiary stayed there in 2012 for less than 6 month and after several calls and speaking with a supervisor who promised to take it off the list they said they're still requiring the other 2 documents so we had to send them and they received it all on August 12 and now it has passer the timeframe and no update, we called them again and we spoke with a supervisor who said she will be reviewing the case but ot will take up to 6 weeks!!! So more waiting for no reason! Our case has been with them since December 2015 and because of inaccurate info given by their agents it took 5 month to change the embassy as requested by us and now they have all the documents they required but the case is not complete however it passed the timeframe.

What should we do ? Please advise
