The part which is says.Your citizenship was obtained through? my fiance was born and raised in the USA. My question does he have to answer the question which says, if he has ever obtain certificate of Naturalization? does have to answer that or live it blank ?sense his usa citizen.

As the question states - select only one box. Since your fiancé was born and raised in USA, so just tick 'Birth in the United States' and go straight to the next question :)

I would say you can leave it blank. My fiancé left it blank and we didn't receive RFE or any other troubles with it :)
