I will be having my interview this oct. 13

I been reading some stories of strong cases with good documentation who still got denied. I notice that some of those who get denied was because their petioner os sending them money to their fiance regularly. I am so anxious right now. My fiance eincluded in his petition some proof of receipts that he is supporting me financially, he even included a screenshot of our convo that he will support me since i resigned from my previous work last march 2016.

Will this be the cause of our visa denials? Please enligthened me up. Thank you.

If they don't ask about it, don't talk about it.

Including it in the petition can go two ways, either the CO could look at it or ignore it. While some people front load their petitions so it's the first things CO's see before actually meeting the interviewee, there is a chance that those papers were thrown out/ignored/left out at the Service Center stage and may not have made it to the embassy.

It also depends on a lot of things that culminate around money. Was the petitioner sending lots of money but not having much face time? Was the petitioner buying little things, large things? If money is weighed heavily in the interview or even the application (like they're putting emphasis on "look how much money I've sent") then yes, it can hurt since there is a line in the sand between "Look at me I can support my not-spouse!" and "Look at all this other proof I love them!".

If the petitioner say only had a couple of visits in three years, but has been paying the persons rent and bills for a year, yeah that can look bad because clearly they have the money to visit, they're just using it on other things like... potentially buying a wife in the eyes of USCIS.

Again though, if they do not ask, do not tell. They may not even see the proof, they may feel the proof is for something else or not know what it's for an ignore it. People send crazy stuff all the time, (some have sent USCIS sexy pics lol) if they can't pinpoint the relevancy then it may just be ignored.

If they do ask, simply tell them the truth.

He has 3 pages letter also included in the petition, stating how we met online, then become official after 3 months. Then visited after 8 months, then visted again after 10 months from first visit and propose. He's proof of screenshot convos shows that he encourage me to look for a job but he will support me in case the pay i will get from the job is low enough to pay my bills. I hope that part of petition wont hurt as. Ive read also that consul already have a decision whether they will approve the visa or not even before the fiance appear for the interview

Honestly that's not a lot in the scheme of things, I think you will be okay. It seems ya'll have plenty of proof and your financials aren't incredibly huge so I think you'll be fine.

Thank you thats a relief, we become official 2014 but he started sending money 2016 because i have to resign from my job. My previous work mandates that i need to finish another year of service if ever i will renew. But because that time we are planning for k1 application, we decided that i just have to resign and he will support me financially. That way i can left the country without breaching my job contract

Don't worry about it. Where did you read about denials? I doubt if it is true because of those issues (monetary support). Answer the CO questions and don't start a conversation. CO's can spot a true scam and from what you have said, yours isn't.

As you have explained your situation, you not going to have a problem with this issue at your interview. The fact that he visited you twice is a huge plus. That alone can way heavily in you favour. Take a deep breath as you're going to be fine.

@Greenbaum, thank you for tha positive analyzation. We love each other, LDR has its own challenges. The best I could do is ace in the interview so i can be with him soon. It bothers me that some legit relationship can sti get deny and we dont want that to happen to us. Sad to say but the future and completion of our homes lies in the hands of the consular officer.

Hi, first of all relax your stressing out about nothing I sent my wife money every month for 18 months now she's been here for 18 months and working full-time and supporting her daughter and parents too and her daughter will be here in April when she's done school. So as long as all your documents are in order you will be good to go.just make sure you have all of his financial paperwork up to date

Yes it is in the hands of a "professional" CO who is trained and experienced with many cases that are legitimate, and others that are questionable. This is necessary to ensure your safety and the safety of our citizens.

Be positive, be confident in your relationship and look the CO in the eyes when answering their questions. DON'T volunteer any information unless asked by the CO. Answer all questions truthfully and you should be ok. Last, it's ok to ask if you passed if the CO doesn't volunteer that information.

Seriously I don't see an issue with any of that.... I see evidence of a genuine relationship, nothing showing differently. You are worrying too much. ;)

Have everything that is requested in the embassy instructions letter and all should be fine.

I totally agree with the others from the PI here. It is not unusual for the USC to assist his/her fiance a little--especially when it comes to paying for the needed documents in the Philippines. You are not describing a potential "fraud" case in my eyes. As others have said, take a deep breath, relax and keep your answers short, to the point and honest at the interview. Chances are you will be done with your interviews in 5 minutes each. Good luck.
