Hi thanks for the link. I have just email my congress woman rep. I hope she can assist as my application gets to 96 days today.will be on standy for her response.

also file an online service request. The reason why I suggested that you submit an online service request once your I765 processing time has reached 90 days is that in my wife's case, her EAD was approved along with AP on Jan 4, 2017 and AP online status updated right away, however for some reason, EAD online status remained 'case was received' until I filed an online service request and got a response back on Jan 12, 2017. It seems like sometimes online status is not updated in time.

Oh great pls how do i file for the online service request? This should be my next line of action. My update remains ' case was received' ever since the birth of john d baptist till date still same menh. Just tired. I mailed my lawyer he replied we should still wait. Sometimes this lawyers self. Hmmm

Thanks so much. I will attend to this right away. Hope filing an online request has nothing to do with my lawyer now or in future?.

Thank you. I called them to get tracking number, but they said it's not available yet so it might not been shipped out yet. Hopefully I'll get it before the end of the week.

I have just filed an online services request and i got a response that they will reply me feb 4.dont get................my online still remains case received. i just hope things comes positively this week.

Cuz I just moved last week so it's shipping to my attorney's office address, not my home address.

I had given 2 service requests.. And spoke to the tier 2 folks multiple times..I expedited my EAD on 4th Jan and didnt hear anything about it either.  I really hope you get a positive reply soon ! I know the wait is really tiring and trying...!
