Since it's been 97 days since they received my i765 application, I made a service request just to make sure nothing got lost. I'm really tired of waiting and worrying... And I want to help my husband pay the bills instead of feeling completely "useless" all the time

Thanks for your responses guys. It's sad but what I can do now is wait, tried my congressman but I haven't heard back from them after i sent them the waiver two weeks ago. I really hope I will see progress soon :(

Just saw your post and this is what I read on uscis.gov a couple of days ago:

" If USCIS issues a request for initial evidence, the 90-day regulatory timeframe will start over from the date USCIS receives the initial evidence.

  • For example, if your case is pending 60 days when USCIS issues a request for initial evidence, and you respond 30 days later, the  “clock” will be reset to Day 1 on the date USCIS receives the evidence."

However, that doesn't necessarily mean that they will take 90 more days to process the evidence, so don't despair!

Remember that it can take up to a year to receive your greencard or even be scheduled for one. That's why you apply for a temporary work authorization. It's a long wait for most.

Did anybody get their social security card yet? If so how long did it take? Was it delivered by priority mail or regular mail?

Not priority mail right? Cuz I have the usps app so if it's regular mail I'll only get a notification the day it gets delivered lol don't even know if it has been mailed yet then, I went in on Tuesday

Correct. We just got a regular mail envelope. Sometimes it can take a little because you're going through SAVE database, that's what I've seen while waiting for my SSN card.
