But yeah, for the K1 process I've been told and from what I understood is that the NOA date is your PD date. So my K1 was received on January 11, NOA date was January 13 so I had to go by the last date because that's when the started 'working' on your petition. For AOS, it's possible to have different NOA dates because the petitions get separated when opened and processed somewhere else in the building. Does that make sense? lol

Lol confusing. Because my package was received by USCIS on 21st of October and that was my PD on the hardcopy NOA for I485 and I130.. and for I765 it didn't have a PD... So I think all three of mine goes by the same PD..

The chances are your 90 days did get reset from the moment they received your RFE response. Like I said earlier, it's a Russian Roulette nowadays when it comes to 'did it get reset or not?'. Some do, some get delayed, some don't. But this is when it's a request for initial evidence.

I think you're right. My friend is having the same problem. Her PD is before mine and she is yet to get any updates after replying to RFE for I485 and another friend with PD also before mine had gotten and RFE for the same and got EAD approval yesterday..

If that's the case i can kiss my job and new career goodbye.. Its so tough in this environment to get a good job and when you struggle and get one if this kind of things happen its doubly infuriating ..

Did you expedite your EAD based on a job offer? Did you send the USCIS a letter of employment from your future boss?
