^ Correct. And sometimes people after a RFIE get approved faster than others. I think it's just a Russian Roulette with this, honestly.

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

09/02/2020: Filed (Online)    09/08/2020: NOA1: (NBC) 
10/22/2020: Biometrics Reuse Notice.  12/22/2020: Online Status Changed to Interview Was Scheduled.  
01/29/2021: N-400 Interview - PASSED! 01/29/2021: Same-day oath ceremony.

Depends on how long you're married for. If less than two years, the green card will be valid for two years (usually after approval of the i485 but sometimes after the filing date, you'll have to wait

Just got confirmation that my I756 EA cards are being produced! Now hopefully also the AP card will get done soon!

They received my RFIE January 3, did they reset my 90 days? :(

 

 

My pd is Oct 17

I received rfie on Nov 02 and they received the response on Nov30

And my i-765 was approved on Jan 12

So the total time it took to get ead approved according to vj was 93 days. The rfie definitely delayed the process of the ead but it did not reset the clock on it, if it did it would have been approved somewhere at the end of February.

No one really knows what is going on.

10/20/2016-Checks cashed

10/24/2016 NOA letters received

10/29/2016 biometrics letter recried

11/02/2016 case status updated to requset for initial evidence mailed

11/10/2016 biometrics appointment

11/26/2016 Sent the response for RFE

11/30/2016 status updated to response for evidence received

01/12/2017 ead approved and new card is ordered

01/18/2017  statua shows ead card mailed

 

ROC

05-20-19 package sent via UPS

05-22-19 package received and signed at AZ lockbox

05-28-19 text message notification (@6:30pm) with LIN receipt number

05-31-19 NOA letter received dated 05-22-19

Thanks for your responses guys. It's sad but what I can do now is wait, tried my congressman but I haven't heard back from them after i sent them the waiver two weeks ago. I really hope I will see progress soon :(

I'm waiting for some action from NBC. I know she [congresswoman] contacted the NBC yesterday and we are awaiting what they will do. I hope you year something soon, Maylinda. Keep your head up!

01/09/17: AP is approved (Day 90)

01/11/17: EAD card is mailed (Day 92)

01/13/17: AP approval letter received

01/14/17: Combo card received (Day 95)

02/07/17: Interview *Approved!

02/10/17: Greencard mailed

10/14  - Priority Date

10/28 = Received NOA in Mail

11/22 -Biometrics done

No progress yet. 

raised a SR on 75th day & have got standard response that it is still under their timelines and have raised another on 94th day and haven't got any response yet. 

I have an infopass appointment on 1/23 (Will that help?)

Did not do anything, tried to expedite my case through congresswoman, but she did not do anything... 

I see your NOA was 3 days after mine, it should not be too long for you either...
