Depends on how long you're married for. If less than two years, the green card will be valid for two years (usually after approval of the i485 but sometimes after the filing date, you'll have to wait

Oh wow... That sucks.. I'm sorry they did that to you. It's their job to help you, my congressman has somebody specific to deal with I-765 expedite.

I can't imagine how pissed you feel! I'm so sorry :( In that case, try make an infopass appt if you are passed the 100 days. Maybe that helps!

How long usually does it take for them to mail the card out from case approved?

NOA 1 date - 10/20/2016

Fingerprint appointment done - 12/2/2016

Well mine was approved the 13th then says mailed 1/18 so 5 days

I booked an appointment for Feb 2nd at the Memphis office... I can still cancel it if it moves before then....Thank you for the suggestion!

Mine got approved on the 12th. Today the status updated that the card was mailed yesterday on the 18th. But I already got the approval letter in the mail yesterday.

Yes I actually got update today that my new card was being produced since 1/17/2017

I never got an approval letter either but eh.. As long as I get the card I'm fine
