My I-765 was approved on Jan 12. And today the status changed from approved to card mailed.

10/17/2016-Package received and signed

10/19/2016-@10:30pm Email/text notifications for I130,I485, and I765

10/20/2016-Checks cashed

10/24/2016 NOA letters received

10/29/2016 biometrics letter recried

11/02/2016 case status updated to requset for initial evidence mailed

11/10/2016 biometrics appointment

11/26/2016 Sent the response for RFE

11/30/2016 status updated to response for evidence received

01/12/2017 ead approved and new card is ordered

01/18/2017  statua shows ead card mailed

05-20-19 package sent via UPS

05-22-19 package received and signed at AZ lockbox

05-28-19 text message notification (@6:30pm) with LIN receipt number

05-31-19 NOA letter received dated 05-22-19

Depends on how long you're married for. If less than two years, the green card will be valid for two years (usually after approval of the i485 but sometimes after the filing date, you'll have to wait

Hang in there. Maybe try calling a tier 2 rep and see what they say. But I'm sure you will be approved. We all know October filers got the bad end of the bargain

Oh yes they did, we called and emailed requested documents for an expedite... I have had nothing back since January 5th...
I am not even sure that she contacted the NBC. Our emails remain unresponded and calls forwarded to voicemail since then....:ranting:

My congressman told me not to email because sometimes they don't get the email. They told me to fax it to the number on the privacy release form.

Today is 100 days and i just got approved. Have faith

08/8/2016 - File I-485, I-130 ,I-765  PD.

08/17/2016 - N.O.A copy received

09/10/2016 - notice : RFIE  I-485 email

09/15/2016 - RFIE letter received in mail

10/11/2016 -  response to RFIE received

PD restart to zero day :(

11/02/2016 - biometric notice received

11/17/2016 -biometrics completed

 01/18/17 - EAD is approved
