same here. AP and EAD were approved on Jan 4, 2017. Got AP approval letter on Jan 7, 2017. EAD online status did not update until I submitted a service request and got a response on Jan 12, 2017. Same as well. EAD approved 1/9, status changed to card mailed 1/14. AP still shows case was received. However received approval letters for EAD and AP on 1/17. No update since, they're probably backlogged from the end of year holidays plus MLK day.

congrats! You should probably get it today or tomorrow if it was mailed 1/17. Today is 1/19 why are they updating so late. Typical USCIS.

The status online has changed to New card being produced!. So looks like it takes about 2 days for them to update the website. But it's great news.

Mine is the same thing...

I just checked and it states that On January 17, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing addres.

 

I called yesterday and was told that my case was still under review by a tier 1...

Finally!! Congrats!! Tier 1 has no use at all.

Yea, feels like tier 1 can basically see the same information as we do online. So usually I will ask them to transfer me to tier 2 and I'll can get more information from that level.
