So weird. I checked my profile on USCIS and for my I765 there was a status update on 1/13 saying that a notice was sent back to them because they couldn't deliver it.

I received my notice for approval on 1/6 and the card itself on 1/11. I have no idea what they are talking about.

I just got an e-mail from my congresswoman;

Dear Mrs. A,

Recently, you contacted me regarding your I-765 application. I sincerely appreciate the confidence you have shown in contacting me regarding matters of importance to you. Please know I have contacted the National Benefits Center on your behalf. As soon as they respond to me, I will let you know.

So I'm curious how this will work out and if this helps to approve at least my EAD as I'm not feeling it to wait another 60-90 days because they reset the clock due RFIE. Fingers crossed for hopefully this week
^_^

I don't know to be honest. I called today to check on my expedite request and got the news that EAD has been approved. I asked why it's not on the website. The officer said their website is not really up to date, so it might take a couple of days before it shows up. But he checked their database said it's approved and the card is being made now. I should have it within 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
