Ok, perhaps they only send it by post then if the email address is omitted, I just noticed this field is optional on the form...

I've submitted 2 SR's now on 85th and 91st days and both times I only ever got emails.

AoS timeline
10/11/2016 sent I-485, I-131 and I-765 via Fedex overnight
10/13/2016 tracking reported as delivered (also the date shown as received on My USCIS website)
10/18/2016 email/txt notification of receipt of application (Notice of Action I-797 in the post)
10/28/2016 received NOA for biometrics appt
11/07/2016 biometrics appt

01/28/2017 online status for EAD updated to "New Card Is Being Produced"

For my service request I got an e-mail too, replying to my service request. Never received a letter.

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

I'm at 88 days  and nothing for me yet either...

No RFE and my I485 is ready to be scheduled for interview since 12/5/2016

Right I been watching the app and people are being approved in November like crazy and I had to wait 91 days to be approved and from Friday until now my card is still not mailed. Hang in there guys. You'll get approved

I just got a letter in the mail regarding my case,  says that i didnt submit form i-1693 with my application and i will be required to submit if i receive and interview notice or an rfe for it, have any of u received such a notice?

I-485

[Day 01 ] October 4 - Status "Fingerprint fee received"

[Day 36 ] November 9 - Biometric Appointment

[Day 37 ] November 10 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 41 ] November 14 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 44 ] November 17 - Mailed off Response

[Day 47 ] November 21 - Status Changed to ''Response to USCIS request for evidence was received'

[Day 57 ] December 01 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 61 ] November 05 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 68 ] December 07 - Mailed off Response

I-765

[Day 1 ] October 4 - Status "Case was received"

[Day 1/57] December 01 - Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence :cry:

My i-485 hasn't even changed from fingerprint fee received. I just want the EAD in hand. I know my field office is 8 months backlogged so I'm not even worried

I have received it as well. It's just a notification letter. Just know if u have to do an interview u have to bring the medical with you. If they send u an rfe for it before your interview make sure to send it in
