Received at uscis on Oct. 5, still no check cashed or NOA1. Its good to see im not the only one. Hopefully it gets cashed soon and we receive NOA1

Same here same date also I'm scared uscis sometimes is Unresponsible hoping they didn't loose my paperwork

was super panicking today, my 90days are up in 8days and no notification/texts nothing and we sent my package on october 3rd and USPS tracking shows it was received on the 5th. so has been about 17days. I tried to ring a number twice each time they said they need to ecsalate the call but the next above team cant take any calls (too many callers) im guessing theres loads of us panicking and they are behind.

I think I will give it till tomorrow- praying for my texts today or tomorrow.

So frustrating as I was at the DMV yesterday and they wouldnt let me make an ID/apply for a permit because on my visa it shows I have less than a week left.

I called the escalated my call it was such a long wait they said to leave my number bad they will call back they end up calling me at 8:00 in the night the only thing they told me they couldn't see nothing in the system and I had to email to find out where is my package cause they don't know so they told me to email at lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov

Finally got my acceptance notification last night. My package got delivered on 4th October. I think it's a 2 weeks wait and not few days as we thought. So if you haven't gotten yours, just chill you will get it soon. Good luck y'all.

I got three texts last night at 12:30 am with 3 different consequent receipts - also check got cashed at 5:48 am.

Uuugh, now it's time to wait for 765&131 to be approved for my wife

Do you guys include the i693 and any other documents besides the regular doc's i485, i131, support etc? Passport copies, i94, birth certificates.....

Are you asking if we provided all the documentation requested in the application form instructions? Yes, I certainly hope everyone on this thread did that. Not only do the instructions lay it out, but there is a guide here on the VJ website that gives step by step instructions.

I had 3 text messages into my attorney's phone and I-485 biometric fee seems to be accepted on 17th and other 2 documents seem to be received on 3rd of October. However we have the text messages already, my check has not been cashed yet.

Is that normal? Did it ever happen to anybody?

We also received our notices the same time as you. It took about 5 days after we received the NOA for our check to be cashed. Previously it seemed like the cash was cashed before any notices but it's looking like this could be a new trend ?

Seeing as it's been over two weeks I would call someone (not sure who through) to ask. They will probably give you the typical "wait 30 days" response - but it doesn't hurt to try.

Never make stress!

I did a lot of stress for nothing.

After 16 days my check has been cashed. Be patient please and believe me tevella time is the cure of everything!
