check your case. when the page with your status opens there are four tabs/picture at the bottom. the second one from the left says "submit a case inquiry"

click this and it will take you to a form to fill out. or you can call the service center and request a case inquiry.

This only works whenever the regulatory timeframe is approaching, so for EAD after 75 days counting from the day they received your file

https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do u can't make a service request online until the case is active 75 days. Otherwise u can call the 1-800 number on the receipts. My husband is Active duty at Fort Lewis. Good luck wit everything!

If we have our interviews scheduled but nothing on AP and EAD, do you think we will be getting AP or EAD at all? There is no guarantee the GC will get approved right after interview so I'm a little nervous..

Haha right although what I was most hoping for was an EAD! I'm sure you'll receive good news very soon.

Thank you! and no I have not yet, fortunately. but I'm planning to bring some additional documents that I haven't included in the original packet on the interview day, such as a sponsor's IRS transcript just in case. :)

2017.1.12 EAD and AP approved (EAD status was first "New card being produced" then soon changed to "Case Approved")

2017.1.17 EAD and AP approval letter in hand 

2017.1.31 I-485 Interview & Status says "'New card being produced" :)

Hi everyone - I'm trying to get some baseline for when our interview will be scheduled. Anyone who's received or gotten EAD approved, have you heard anything about your interview?

1/17/2019.........Mailed ROC package via USPS, two day shipping to Dallas, TX

1/19/2019........Package delivered

1/22/19............Case Received

1/28/2019........Received text from USCIS with case received information and receipt number

1/28/2019........Bank check was cashed 

3/4/2019..........Submitted e-request for non-delivery of receipt notice

3/15/2019........Received email confirmation that a duplicate receipt was in its way

3/23/2019.........Received 18 month extension letter in the mail

7/5/2019...........Biometrics completed

3/11/2020........Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview Status Online. As of 4/13 we have not received any notifications

Does it show the address of NBC? Im asking coz mine was processed in NBC too which was located in Lee Summit, MO

Quick question, how will i know which uscis office is handling my case? The receipt only says National Benefits Center.

There you go! I could he wrong but from what I have heard, once they start working on our case i485s, they will xfer it to the closest USCIS office. Again, I could be wrong.

Did you submit form 1040 and schedules?

I also received RFE as I included only the IRS transcript as per the instructions but they are looking for W2, 1040, schedules, Pay advises and also asked for Job letter from employer.
