What do you mean?

Are you referring to EAD/AP to EAD alone.

If that's the case I don't think that's facts because I filed EAD alone. I didn't file AP. So did many other filers before me..

To November people being approved already. Doesn't matter what you filed or not, you will end up on a pile of EAD petitions on someones desk and hoping that one person is not slow or having his or hers Holiday break.

Hi guys. Is it normal that I read in the November thread that a November filer was approved EAD card already???

That wouldn't even be fair unless they did some sort of expedite. If they are just randomly approving November filers then why in heavens name am I sitting here just waiting?

My online case status didn't change but my Congresswoman forwarded me an email that USCIS has my interview scheduled for January 23rd 2017. Also, EAD and AP have been put into the expedite queue. At this rate I dont know if I will even need EAD or AP, BUT.. I'm not complaining!

How did you contact your congresswoman? I have sent two emails already but no response yet. I have a job offer and I only need to start February 13th, so I should have my EAD well before that, but because I need to applly for a professional license as a PT I need to request a social security number ASAP.

My I485 is scheduled for an interview and I would love to have this done before I start work as my job is out of state for 4 months.
