Yours at least has some progress. Ours has not had any updates since 10/11/2016. We had biometrics scheduled on 11/07, did walk-in on 10/28. No updates since then, very frustrated.

Is there any way I can check if the biometrics info has been uploaded/transferred? Thanks!

I received a RFE on I-864 Sponsor with 3 checked boxes.

1- Evidence of sponsors income

2- Submit all supporting tax docs. W-2 1099 Form 2555 and all schedules. Pay slips and job letter ( Original filing only the IRS transcript for 2015 was included)

3- Sponsor did not meet 125% and suggest a joint sponser.

My question is regarding box 3 ... Sponsor clearly meets more than the 125% for household size of 4 based on the Poverty guidelines by $15,000

Could it be that box 3 was checked as a result of insufficient evidence per box 1.

Planning to provide all the requested documents with a cover letter disputing the checked box 3.

I called USCIS and the officer was more interested in the weather in FL and the lifestyle in Canada. His answers were very general rather than specific to my case.

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Thanks

Was it sent USPS tracked? I would send no less that First Class Tracked... I would allow more time and watch your status online.
