Good morning all,

Good news first, I got the fingerprint appointment letter in mail last Saturday, it shows date 12/2.

Can i ask a question that if an early walk in can speed up the process? i'm waiting for my EAD/AP combo card since my current one under OPT is going to expire beginning of February and I'm currently working. I'm thinking if I should do an early walk in. Some help and experience will be appreciated!

Thanks guys

It doesn't speed up the process but it doesn't do any harm either

Congrats! Our timeline is almost exact, give or take a couple days. I too was surprised when my case changed to 'case ready to be scheduled for interview'. Also waiting further notice on EAD/AP combo card.

Good luck, keep us posted when you receive your interview appointment.

Sometimes it makes the process hasten up. My biometrics came in late, as soon i did it, same day my EAD was approved.

Wish you well on your visa journey!

Hello guys.

Hope you guys are doing well.

I received a letter from USCIS says I-693 was not submitted. Also they said I do not mail documents this time unless receiving one of the notices referenced above may result in a delay to your case.

I am wondering if this could cause my EAD/AP delay. I already did BIO Nov-4 and no any update in my USCIS case status.

I think I do not need to submit I-693 since I am in F2A and doing AOS this time for EAD/AP.

Let me know if you have any advice..

Thanks a lot
