I'm adjusting from F1 status.

Only reason I'm concerned because everything was sent by my attorney. I hired an attorney so that I don't get rfe. So yeah gotta wait what they are looking for now

I hear you. You know even an attorney can make mistakes. Sorry though. I had an RFE for my I 130 which is now approved

You will be able to reply within a timely manner. Make copied of all documents n mail it priority.

Thank you! Our field office is in Chicago. Hopefully I hear back regarding my EAD/AP in the meantime.

^ Your greencard is your EAD/AP too if you get your GC faster.

Thank you. I will let you know if he decides. He says he has a.bad feeling about it and will wait until his appointment next Tuesday.

Our parole date is 10/13

Emails came in on 10/28

NOAs came on 11/3

Biometrics appt letter came on 11/4

October filer here as well. Package was received on 10/28. Still waiting for NOA! Married to USC and Adjusting from H1B.

Just checked my online banking account, checks were cashed 11/15. Is this normal not to receive NOA but checks were cashed?

Happens occasionally, you'll probably receive NOA text tomorrow. My checks got cashed 10/31 and received NOA text 11/4.

10/14/2016 - Package sent via USPS Priority
10/17/2016 - Package Received
11/01/2016 - Text NOA
11/04/2016 - Hard Copy NOA
11/10/2016 - Biometrics Appointment Letter Received
11/21/2016 - Biometrics Appointment

11/29/2016 - EAD/AP Expedite Request via Congresswoman's Office

How did your husband Bio appointment went?????

It went pretty well. I took him on my lunch we were in and out in less than 30 mins. Just waiting for any updates at this point forward
