Got biometrics done today. Staying busy has helped with this waiting game.

AOS Timeline

Date Event

Oct 3 Day 1 Application received by USCIS

Oct 14 Day 11 NOAs (I-485, I-765, I-131 and I-130)

Oct 29 Day 26 Biometrics letter in mail (Appointment Nov/10)

Nov 4 Day 32 RFE in mail

Nov 8 Day 36 RFE response received by USCIS

Nov 10 Day 38 Biometrics done

Nov 21 Day 49 I-485 status updated to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

Dec 12 Day 70 EAD is being produced

Dec 15 Day 73 EAD was mailed

Dec 17 Day 75 EAD received

I485 Status update: As of December 5 we are ready to schedule your I485 for interview....

Got my biometrics appointment for November 21st! Going to try do a walk in on Monday and the ASC is amazingly 5 minutes from or apartment. Awesome.

Our applications were received 10/31 and we got my husband's biometrics appointment notice in the mail yesterday. It's for 11/22. I'm glad things seem to be moving along for a lot of people here.

Had a great and productive weekend!

10/28/2016 - Package sent via Fedex

10/31/2016 - Package signed received

11/03/2016 - 3 e-mail notifications received (9:30 p.m. in Los Angeles)

11/10/2016- 3 NOA received in mail

11/12/2016- Biometrics Letter received in mail

11/23/2016- Scheduled Biometric appointment

Going to try to do an early walk-in this week :goofy:

Just got rejected from doing a walk in at the ASC on La Brea in Los Angeles. BAH!

Just got my biometrics letter. I'm from Saint Louis. Does anyone have any idea whether the field office at Saint Louis except early biometric walk in appointment ??

They said it's a very busy week, so they're not taking walk-ins. When I went today, there were like.. 3 people in line, and they still said no. I'm so sad! I guess I have to wait until next Monday. :(

I don't know why but I haven't received Biometric appointment yet. AOS - receipt notice Oct 06 2016 - EB Category. I have a situation too, my case was sent to CSC and then transferred to NSC on Oct 31. Still no Biometric appointment. any idea why?

Jst got my biometrics appointment today scheduled for 18th Nov but I will go in tommorow by 9am.

My filing date was Oct 4th also, I will advice you to be patience... It might come in this week
