Got my NOA for I-485, I-130, i-131 in the mail yesterday. I-765 is mailing to the attorney's address but they haven't receive it yet. Hope I can get my bio-metrics letter soon.

How long does it usually takes in between NOA1 and bio-metric letter as for our October filers?

AOS Package Sent - 10/17/2016

NOA 1 date - 10/20/2016

Fingerprint appointment done - 12/2/2016

File expedite request I-765 due to severe financial loss - 1/3/2017

Fax document requested for expedite - 1/11/2017

EAD approved / new card being produced - 1/17/2017

EAD mailed - 1/20/2017

EAD in hand - 1/25/2017

Depends on how long you're married for. If less than two years, the green card will be valid for two years (usually after approval of the i485 but sometimes after the filing date, you'll have to wait

Hi Virgine

Everyone is different. I mailed mine Sept 30 and 2 weeks later I got Uscis notification and noa came at different time. It seems as though within a month of filing you get a biometrics appointment. You could try early walk in but it is not a guarantee.

Completed biometrics at the Portland office today.

Our appointment was for 12 noon. We went about 45 minutes in advance. A half hour before our appointment they started checking in people only for noon appointments. Some 1 pm appointments tried to check in early and were told to wait because they were overbooked by 77 appointments this week - I assume it was because Friday is a holiday.

Quick and easy. Handed the appointment letter and passport. Filled out a short information form. Took the prints. And we're on our way. It took us from check in maybe 20 minutes.

Thank you. I will let you know if he decides. He says he has a.bad feeling about it and will wait until his appointment next Tuesday.

Our parole date is 10/13

Emails came in on 10/28

NOAs came on 11/3

Biometrics appt letter came on 11/4

gotcha! I think i would do the same as him and wait for the appointment date. Keep me posted how it goes and thanks for replying.

How long takes to be able search the case in the website?

Might show up immediately, or it may take a few weeks to show.

Be patient.

(day 322) Oath ceremony will be scheduled 9/10/2021

(day 327) Oath ceremony scheduled for Oct 1st 9/14/2021

(day 343) Oath ceremony complete & certificate received! Applied for US passport same day. 10/1/2021

Thank you! I don't know if Nashville accepts early walk-ins, though. I might have to find that out. I don't mind the time (12pm noon) so we can go to the mall afterwards and have some dinner :lol:

If you don't mind me asking what's the time of your NOA hard copy to biometric appt ?

5 days. I got my NOA1's on the fifth and the bio letter today.

I just got done with the biometrics.

Las Vegas office. It took 15 minutes altogether.

My case is on hold though because of a rfe.
