Sent my husband's AOS packet on 10/07 and it was received 10/13! Fingers crossed for a speedy process ☺️

We sent the AOS packet on sept 28. It was received on sept 30. We haven't received the NOAs and the checks haven't been cashed.

I think it all depends on what catageory you are filing your AOS. In my experience, all employment based and normal processing timed application are taking 2-4 weeks before they get any NOA. Marriage AOS doesn't depent on any priority date or visa avaliblity therefore are not subjected to additional internal processing, which no one knows what are they. Lets hope for the best.

Finally got the confirmation from USCIS last night at 11.25 pm via text and email. I was told to wait within 7 to 10 days to receive my official receipt notice.

I got my confirmation yesterday too, around 8.45 pm

We sent ours in on the 1st! USPS said it was delivered on the 3rd, but we haven't received a text back yet. Hopefully we'll hear back soon. Good luck to everyone! Looking forward to hearing all the stories and just being more relaxed in this process than our K1!

My employer checked on Friday 14th check was not cleared until then. I hope this week. Its frustrating but it even took a month for some to hear anything back and in some cases it only took a week.

Sent by priority mail on 9.30.2016 to Chicago Lockbox. Tracking shows that it was received on 10.2.2016.
