AOS October 2016 filers

So we finally got an update on our case.. interview was cancelled (we never got any notice of an interview being scheduled). Has anyone else run into this? We submitted October 2016, and responded to an RFIE on i485 in January 2017. Our status since Jan. 2017 has just been RFIE response received until today when it changed to interview was cancelled. I'm not sure exactly where this leaves us now. Has anyone had a similar experience/any advice on what to do?

I got my interview cancellation on November 2017. So far no any update and already did 2 e-request.

So I went in for my “2nd interview today” adjusting  officer was super nice handed her the medical and affidavit form, she didn’t really know why I was invited in, looked over my case and said it was a waste of time to go in there, everything looks good and that she will try her best to make a final decision today. Fingers crossed

Congrats! Now that's finally over and hopefully you have an approval by the end of the day.

I know right I just found it weird that she didn’t really know why they asked us to come in, but that might just me being paranoid oh well let’s hope for the best

So my case status says, on Feb 20th we ordered your new card.  Its the 23rd and it hasnt been mailed yet, is this normal?

Yes perfectly normal. You have made it this far, relax and no more stress.

 

Only thing to look out for now is all the information on your card when received is correct. I have seen so many cases of relief of finally having card in hand only to go through the trouble of correcting some silly mistake on the info shown on the card.

takes 5 days to be produced and 3 days to be delivered (roughly up to location)

Its the anxiety haha, i even booked a trip to brazil for april. Cant wait.

Yes, normal... ours didn't change to Mailed to Me until after we had already received it.

Yep, very normal. It takes a few days for them to actually produce the card, it doesn't happen as fast as changing your online status to "card being produced".

 

The end of my AOS timeline:

 

07-18-2017 - Interview - approved (209 days)
07-18-2017 - AOS online status "case approved"
07-21-2017 - AOS online status "card mailed"
07-22-2017 - NOA2 hardcopy in hand
07-26-2017 - Greencard in hand

it will change, i thought i was gonna get my card today since it said cards been mailed on the 23rd but its not on my USPS informed delivery yet, maybe tomorrow.,
