May 2nd, seriously!? I put in a request on September 1, still no response! :(

Seriously! I was so baffled, lol. They acknowledged my green card approval and that's it. MAY THE SECOND... four months later.

Either this e-mail/inquiry was lost somewhere or they really are as behind as I think. What office are you?

It usually takes about 3-4 weeks to get an inquiry response anyways so don't lose hope yet. But Baltimore isn't the fastest office, unfortunately :\

I filed my AOS on Oct 3rd 2016. Got the EAD pretty quick. I was scheduled for an interview on Sept 7th. When I went in for the interview, the lady said they cant conduct my interview as they dont have my file yet.

I put a service request and I got a reply today that my case is stuck in background check.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? What should I do and how long can this take?

So after no real information after calling on Friday, I was going to wait till this Friday to try to call again..

I just now got 2 text messages and an e-mail ...

MY CARD IS FINALLY IN PRODUCTION !!!!

I'm so relieved I'm in tears !

Now lets see how long it takes them to send back my physical passports

hey guys, I got an email from USPS with a photo of the letter from USCIS, but I cannot figure out what the letter is about. It is coming from the main Lee's Summit office. Can someone please advise if you got the letter for the interview, where was that letter sent from? from Lee's Summit or a local office? thanks!

Another October 2016 Flier. ...My adjustment of status application approved within 3weeks of Fraud Interview. Received my Greencard yesterday...Glory be to God. Next thread in 3yrs....Application for Citizenship.  But guys, since our marriage is over 1year before the Greencard, we should be able to apply for Citizenship in 2years after the GC. Or is the 3years from the day you got your GC or 3yrs Marriage anniversary
