 I'm crossing my fingers hoping you'll receive something soon. Preferably an approval but even an interview date would give you some peace, then you'd have some sort of deadline at least.

I just woke up (don't judge lol, I have night shift!) to an e-mail; I'M FINALLY APPROVED!!!

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

 

Naturalization                                                        
09/02/2020: Filed (Online)    09/08/2020: NOA1: (NBC
10/22/2020: Biometrics Reuse Notice.  12/22/2020: Online Status Changed to Interview Was Scheduled.  
01/29/2021: N-400 Interview - PASSED! 01/29/2021: Same-day oath ceremony.

It is!! I was at work wishing I'd wake up to an approval/scheduled interview email. No more USCIS for 1,5 years 😅

Finally, after a long wait I will have my interview on August 7. But sadly, my spouse the sponsor doesn't have a job for the past 5 months. Though I'm on H-1B and make more than the required wage. Still, I don't look forward for the interview anymore. :(

06/01/2016: Welcome Letter

10/28/2016: AOS Application Package Sent to Chicago (UPS)
10/31/2016: AOS Package Delivered
11/15/2016: E-Notifications received
11/21/2016: NOA received in mail

11/28/2016: Biometrics Appointment Letter received

12/07/2016: Bio metrics Appointment

01/22/2017: EAD is being produced (118 days)

07/03/2017: Interview is Scheduled

08/07/2017: Interview Day

08/08/2017: I-485 approval letter mailed

08/10/2017: permanent resident card mailed

08/14/2017: Received permanent resident card (almost 2 years journey)

I'm 8 months, 20 days past my priority date. NYC has the longest waiting times in the country, with an average of 10.5 months. I'm patiently waiting.... Congrats to everyone who has received their interview letters/gotten their greencards!

(day 1) Submitted application & payment online (online ETA October 2021) 10/23/2020

(day 5) Text update that NOA was mailed 10/28/2020

(day 113) Biometric reuse letter mailed 2/12/2021

(day 279) Text saying there is an update to our cases, interview scheduled for August 26, 2021 7/29/2021

(day 322) Oath ceremony will be scheduled 9/10/2021

(day 327) Oath ceremony scheduled for Oct 1st 9/14/2021

(day 343) Oath ceremony complete & certificate received! Applied for US passport same day. 10/1/2021

I'm sure yours will come in soon!

 

We are in the Newark office and have been waiting since January 25th for the interview to be scheduled, and today we received it!! Our interview is on August 17

I thought they were issuing new versions of the green card since February? Mine just got delivered and I have the 'old' (2010) design. Not complaining though! Just curious since they brought out an updated, new design of the card that looks really awesome.

I also got the 2010 version but I could not care less if it was even purple or blue :)

Next card will be citizenship
