The online case status system is so unreliable! And yay for your interview!! Good luck :dancing:

I'm starting to remember now that because my RFE was initial, chances are they reset the complete clock for my application.

I did put in a service request on the same date as you and would receive a response by May 24. Mine got assigned last week but still no response. I sure do hope you have clear answers soon. Good luck!

Soo my interview was scheduled May 12 for June. I was excited and everything until my interview letter came up on USPS informed Delivery (they show what regular mail will come to your mailbox) but did not show up in my mailbox any at all. I waited 6 days and still nothing so I called and was told they'll "investigate" and get back to me. Of all the things they just had to lose my interview letter. Well, good luck everyone who hasn't received an interview as yet and good luck to those with upcoming interview dates

Had my interview today for 9.00am Orlando

Arrived at the check in desk at 8:27 and was told to come back in 3 minutes. 3 minutes later I went back to the desk and was told my # was  already assigned. After the confusion cleared, the person at the desk entered 1 wrong digit.

Waited around 15mins and was called.

Family based daughter sponsored me  born out of wedlock.

Sworn in

IO asked to see passports, birth certificates, drivers licenses, EAD card.

Right away started drilling about pictures of myself and daughter. I had only a couple of pictures as I am an avid photographer and although I had a ton of pictures of my daughter, I had only a couple of both of us together as I was always at the other end of the lens, I do not even have many pictures of myself. He appeared confused that I did not have pictures. I submitted a large parcel of letters that my daughter wrote to me over the years but he was not impressed although they expressed the closeness between my daughter and I. Anyway although his drilling was strong and hard it appears he was just trying to get at the truth. My daughter stated that she had pictures at home and the IO asked if she would be willing to go home and bring them back today. She quickly replied YES and also she had pictures on her phone which was left in the car.

After all the YES NO questions by this time I was exhausted from the drilling he said he would approve the application unless something changes his mind by the end of the day. With that he went with us to the photocopy machine and made some copies and escorted us out.

No update online so far but not surprised as the last update online for me is Dec 13th
