No, but you can when you are a US citizen.

Bringing Parents to Live in the United States as Permanent Residents

Eligibility

To petition for your parents (mother or father) to live in the United States as green card holders, you must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old. Green card holders (permanent residents) may not petition to bring parents to live permanently in the United States.

Lol I noticed. Don't know what is going on there.. every field office is showing the samething and every applications. .. Hopefully they'll fix the mess tomorrow as today is a federal holiday..

when did you apply? did you have your interview yet? GC holders cannot apply for parents until they become citizens.

I tried calling once but could not get a hold of someone.  I end up trying to be patient lol, it worked!
