Hey Everyone! i haven't said much but we are so tired of waiting and being tossed back and forth. Having went through the toughest embassy on the planet, here we are now still playing the waiting game. just kinda of down. :( why did we have to submit at the time there was an influx of applications and be in the 90 wait time instead of 60 days as others before us were in.

Looking at your timeline, I'm sure you'll get approved soon. The seemingly endless waiting really is frustrating. I feel the same. We'll get it very soon I'm sure!

I just checked my status now. All i could see is i have been scheduled for interview. But Ead remains case received. This is strange. I feels the Ead ought to come before scheduling me for interview. Just mute. Is things always like this?

It's very possible. I know some people got their interviews scheduled before EAD/AP were approved. You have got your interview scheduled, it is a great step moving forward. Congrats!! BTW, have you received USCIS response regarding your EAD progress?

Thanks pcke2000.

It's a I-765. I made the online inquiry on the 7th followed by a call on the 10th. I forgot that I'd received an email on the 7th stating that they would review the case and respond by the 29th. Funny how the mind can simply forget things it doesn't want to accept. Lol.

UPDATE  I-765 approved on 1/20/17. Out for delivery from post office today 1/25/17.

yes. It's very likely you'll receive the combo card. Online status sometimes does not update in time.

Recently you contacted us about the status of your case.  Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.

This was the reply from uscis.

for online service request, it looks like one request for one form. They don't do combined inquiries. BTW, I don't think you can actually submit service request on I-485 based on your timeline. It's only for EAD and AP
