I feel your pain, i still haven't got no update on mines either. My only hope is that they are taking long because they will skip the EAD part and go straight to our interview.have you done a service request?

Yeah I did on day 94. I received a RFIE for the AOS so they keep saying my 90 day restarted. My congresswoman is trying to help, I send her an e-mail today. Think this job is going to work out, they called to schedule an interview two hours after I dropped off my resume and motivation letter at their store lol. So I kinda begged the congresswoman in the e-mail, since I could climb up to a manager position in that company if I want.

Oh wow ,i got an RFE for OAS and a tier 1 officer said the same to me that it restart the date, weird thing is that a friend on here with same timeline like me got FRE and he already got his EAD. tier 2 officer said coldly  "its been processed in the time frame anything i can help you with" .i pray your congresswoman can help you, thats going to be my next step. good luck my friend.

Yeah, it's also a standard thing to say that it restarts. Some people didn't even notice a difference, and we for example do.

Quiet here today. Looks like all the immigration officers working at the airports and not updating any cases,

Indeed, I guess that's a possibility. Are there many/any people on this thread who are still waiting for their EAD?

My EAD case was finally updated to "New Card Is Being Produced" on Sat 28th (day 103 since NOA). I'm still waiting for updates on AOS and AP, I'm hoping I will find the AP is combined with the EAD when it arrives.

AoS timeline
10/11/2016 sent
 I-485, I-131 and I-765 via Fedex overnight
10/13/2016 tracking reported as delivered (also the date shown as received on My USCIS website)
10/18/2016 email/txt notification of receipt of application (Notice of Action I-797 in the post)
10/28/2016 received NOA for biometrics appt
11/07/2016 biometrics appt

01/28/2017 online status for EAD updated to "New Card Is Being Produced"

Still no update for me , haven't had any update since dec 07,2016 when I sent in my RFE response . I submitted a service request and was told they are running behind because of the load of application but the delay has nothing to do with my process ? Giving it until feb 15 to update , if not I'm contacting my congresswoman. Congrats on getting yours ???

I'm still waiting for EAD! It's been 114 days. My application was on hold for 2.5 months because I had no idea that they sent my a RFIE. They got my answer january 26th though. Hopefully it'll take less than a month now.

F-1 visa/status, F2A category - child under 21 yrs old of permanent resident

AOS (i485, i131, i765) package received October 7th 2016

Biometrics appointment November 22nd but did walk-in November 16th

service request December 21st (75th day) - answer case within current processing time

January 6th service request online (91st day)

got answer on January 12th that my case is on hold because they sent me RFIE on November 3rd and I haven't answered yet...I never got any letter, no updates on website, when I was calling them no one told me that they are waiting for answer for RFIE, they kept saying my case is under review

january 26th USCIS received my answer for RFIE

March 10th EAD/AP approved

March 17th combo card mailed

We filed AOS (K1 visa) on Oct 10, 2016. Got biometrics done on Nov 8. Then it was very quiet - didn't hear anything for over 2 months. We were approved for EAD on Jan 10 but received card on Jan 19, 2017. Then on Jan 28, we were notified that our card was ordered. Since we already received the EAD we assumed the new card that was ordered was the GC. Turns out we were right! Today, Jan 30, we received notice that our AOS was approved. The process was faster and easier than we expected! No need for an interview. All we did was the biometrics and that's all.

Good luck to everyone on your journey! :)

See yall in 2 years when we apply for LOC!
