What did you send to USCIS to expedite EAD besides letter with job offer? I want to do the same but I heard you have to show you have severe financial loss

F-1 visa/status, F2A category - child under 21 yrs old of permanent resident

AOS (i485, i131, i765) package received October 7th 2016

Biometrics appointment November 22nd but did walk-in November 16th

service request December 21st (75th day) - answer case within current processing time

January 6th service request online (91st day)

got answer on January 12th that my case is on hold because they sent me RFIE on November 3rd and I haven't answered yet...I never got any letter, no updates on website, when I was calling them no one told me that they are waiting for answer for RFIE, they kept saying my case is under review

january 26th USCIS received my answer for RFIE

March 10th EAD/AP approved

March 17th combo card mailed

March 22nd combo card received

That's what I'm wondering about too. But they just want you to select an option:

I once read someone had their request expedited due to financial hardship based on the spouse's student loan debt, So maybe the debt to income ratio might work. Showing what is made verses what is owed.

I just sent in the job offer letter, a letter detailing why I need to be working (husband wants to go back to school), and that with our wedding coming up, finances are really tight. No word back yet though.

I didn't include the I693. As far as I know it's not required to send it with the package anymore.

It's not required however you will need to submit it at a later time. They will send you a letter about that. They told my husband that he would need to bring it to his interview if he had one or submit it upon request.

Your case had been upgraded. It is now ready to be scheduled for an interview. Whoo hoo! Now hubby has to get that 693 filled out. Does anyone in the Twin Cities area know of any reasonably priced doctors for exam and transcript only?

I'm joining this club, too! Filed husband's AOS,EAD, and sponsorship packet on Oct 31. Saw my check was cashed a couple weeks later.... but STILL have not heard from immigration. Getting a little concerned about this as it has been over a solid month since submitting. Has anyone received their NOA / biometrics appointment yet?

^ From the 18th. That's when they started 'working' on your case.

Apparently it is from the 5th. So they start counting from the day the package was received. I heard this from the USCIS helpline themselves so I guess they know what they're talking about
