Hi, I did not Expedite. What's your time line ?. You can call USCIS and ask if nothing happens for 75 days after sending documents.

Just received text and email notice that our Employment Authorization has been approved and our online case status says "New Card Is Being Produced"

No word on AP.

9/30: Package Filed

10/05: NOA 1

11/05: Biometrics Letter

10/09: Biometrics Appt

12/05: EAD Approved

Oh wow! I made a mess of this post... that's what I get while trying to type and talk at the same time >.<

My timeline is incorrect! And my AP was updated about 8:00 PM, same day as EAD.

9/30: Package filed

10/05: NOA 1

10/29: Biometrics Letter

11/09: Biometrics Appt

12/05: EAD Approved @ 11:00 AM

12/05: AP Approved @ 8:00 PM

For those who have received RFE's- where did the mail come from? My status still hasn't changed as of 10/24 however I received a notification from USPS that I should be receiving a letter in the mail tomorrow coming from Mount Juliet, TN. Any chance this could be an RFE? I'm so nervous!

Also, congrats on those who have received their EAD/AP approvals! You must be super happy!

(day 327) Oath ceremony scheduled for Oct 1st 9/14/2021

(day 343) Oath ceremony complete & certificate received! Applied for US passport same day. 10/1/2021

Starting to feel like I got the most useless congress person's office for my EAD/AP expedite.. one week later and still no word back from them. Sigh.

When I called mine they told me it's not a must that you get it expedited, it's at the discretion of USCIS and the congressman doesn't really do anything they just forward the info over to USCIS

10/14/2016 - Priority Date
11/18/2016 - Biometrics Done

1/21/2017 - EAD Card in hand

5/12/2017 - Interview Scheduled 

06/14/2017 - Interview done 

08/03/2017 - Conditional Green Card received 

N-400 (319b, Military Spouse Overseas) & i-751 Combo

04/30/2019 - ROC Package Mailed
05/10/2019 - Email notification 

05/14/2019 - Extension letter received

05/20/2019 - Priority date for N-400

06/18/2019 - Biometrics

09/23/2019 - Combo N-400 & ROC interview

The letter came from Lees Summit, MO. It took 7 days since I got the update until the letter arrived in the mail.

The letter came from Lees Summit, MO. It took 7 days since I got the update until the letter arrived in the mail.

I did some more digging and it turns out it's my Birchbox subscription. I appreciate the reply! :)

I'm on the same boat, seems as if that's the norm. I'm assuming the next notification will be either EAD/AP approval or RFE. I hope I don't get an RFE, I quadruple-checked my forms before I sent them! Fingers crossed for everyone!!!!

Likewise, no update online since 'case was received' 10/13, had my biometric 11/07. I'm adjusting status from a K1 visa, how about you?

10/11/2016 sent I-485, I-131 and I-765 via Fedex overnight
10/13/2016 tracking reported as delivered (also the date shown as received on My USCIS website)
10/18/2016 email/txt notification of receipt of application (Notice of Action I-797 in the post)
10/28/2016 received NOA for biometrics appt
11/07/2016 biometrics appt

01/28/2017 online status for EAD updated to "New Card Is Being Produced"

Same here, bio done on 11/08 and the status is the same case was received.

I did the same thing last 11/09 and my papers were received last 09/26. Last time my case was updated was Oct 11 and until now I have not heard from them. I am hoping that I will get an update this week. I am adjusting from B2 visa
