Did all of u send form 4506-T?

RFE:"to obtain return transcripts of income tax,complete form 4506-T ans send to IRS" .but we have already our tax return by another form(E.tax) ,besides it takes several weeks till we send this form(4506-T)and obtain another tax return.What should we do?Is this Etax enough?

If you look on the irs.gov site you can find an 800 number to call to request transcripts by fax. It's much faster that way! Search "tax transcripts" at that site. I did it that way a few months ago and it was quick and easy.

Maybe I'm missing something but every time I file my taxes, right before I click the e-file button, there is a choice that says print. I alwasy print everything I file with the IRS to have copies and save them for 5 years along with my W-2s. I keep reading on how people don't have copies of this and to be honest, I'm a little shocked by it.

I think the question is - is that good enough? I filed my taxes online this year and printed the summary from H&R Block as well as what was sent to IRS. I gave USCIS a copy of this (and it looks like the OP might as well), and we're hoping it's enough.

Though I did request my official transcripts from the IRS just in case I get an RFE. Using the 1-800 number is the best way...it's all automated and you'll get them in 1-2 weeks.

03/14/2007 - I-485 + I-765 sent

03/21/2007 - NOA1, Checks cashed

06/01/2007 - EAD card production e-mail received (74 days)

07/27/2007 - EAD RECEIVED (57 days after approval)

11/29/2007 - Infopass appointment - file was sent to a storage facility before it was finished processing.

05/28/2008 - Received AOS Interview notice

07/10/2008 - AOS Interview-APPROVED pending fingerprints

09/22/2008 - GREEN CARD IN HAND!

They need to be the official IRS tax transcripts, not the print-outs from your tax preparer or software.
