I think today is gonna be a Panera day for lunch... I love their Mediterranian Veggie sandwich.. With a nice Iced Chai ... MmmmmmmmMmmmmmmmm :content:

06.18.2007 - Starting to Freak Out over this AP #######

06.27.2007 - Visa In Hand.. Alhamdulillah!

07.13.2007 - Husband arrives in the US!!! alhamdulillah ..yup.. thats right Friday the 13th!!

07.24.2007 - Mailed in AOS & EAD together to Chicago

I had the turkey artichoke hot panini for supper Monday. I have a Panera up the street so that's dinner at least twice a week! :thumbs:

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/05/07 - I-130 NOA1

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

I have a Panera down the street from my Job.. I always wanted to try to Turkey Articoke panini - minus the turkey.. I *heart* artichokes

It's good but you'd need to add something if you don't do turkey. Basically they mash spinach and artichoke together with some sort of spread cream and it's used instead of like mayo on the bread, then grilled altogether with turkey and cheese. YUM! I also love their chicken noodle soup 'cause the noodles are homemade I think. Soooo good!!!

Hahaa.. Now i am getting amused by this Patient that just came into the office High As A Kite :thumbs: .. She keeps on Busting out Laughing... Doesnt ANYONE else smell what I smell??!! :lol:

I've been puking since Saturday... I'm almost desperate enough to go to the ER, but that would mean being away from the bathroom with uncertain access, so I don't really dare. I wish I had some IV supplies and bags of fluids stashed in my house :(

At least it looks like Jean is having a good day.

You poor thing! This happened to me once. I called my doc and they called in a prescription for me so I COULD get to the doctor. Take care!
