CGI Federal have no passport status

when i check to see where my passport is on cgifederal website, the bottom right box of the dashboard, that indicates where the passport is, is empty.

is that normal?

we are picking up from MOA

also, no info for tracking on 2go site or ustraveldocs. says invalid.

Once the passport leaves the embassy status tend to go blank .

Not unusual for no tracking status on 2GO ... welcome to the Philippines.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!
