On the USCIS Case Status, it allows one to update/change the address but it looks like it's only for US addresses, so if you need to update the beneficiary's address, they should already be in the States.

My fiance needs to update his London address to receive his Packet 3, but we have no idea where to update his address. Thanks for any help you can provide!

If you catch your case while it is still at the NVC before it is sent you can update his address with them. I just found this out last night when I tried to get or LND number.

The second option is to fill out the DS-160 with the new address and bring that to the interview and that will update them with the information. London no longer sends a Packet 3 since its all digital and we can schedule our own interviews now. The usually send the notifications via email if their email was provided during the application.

Last option is to use the contact form to email the embassy directly to notify them of the address change. I will try and find that link and post. I can't seem to find it right now >.>

Darn!! It left NVC today and is now in transit. Actually, I am in contact with a petitioner, who's fiance is also in London. She said her fiance received a Packet 3 in the mail.

I read, just as you probably did, that Packet 3s are no longer mailed. But I guess they are, since he just received his a few days ago.

I will also try to find this email. Should we give it to them now or when our case has arrived to the consulate (When the CEAC Tracker says "Ready.")

Thank you!

I would wait until it says ready to be sure that way they can locate it in their own records.
