Adding some bonafide marriage documents, as the above poster suggested, is an option.

Photocopy of marriage certificate is ok.

Your package looks good.

The additional evidence of bona fide marriage as suggested by the other posters is not necessary for K1 visa holders, and won't give you any benefits.

I did not read that anywhere too, so no pictures included.

Besides the 2 passport photos for the I-131, the USC petitioner/sponsor's birth certificate not needed with the I-864. If you send IRS transcripts, then W-2s not needed. If self-employed then just the IRS transcripts should do, but if an employee, send in letter from employer and/or 6 months of pay stubs to prove current annual income.

The only evidence of bona fide marriage needed with the initial filing of AOS is a copy of the marriage certificate, and just a copy is all that is required.

Getting ready to send off the packet also. Good to see that my packets look the same!

What's the best way to organize/seperate everything? Right now I've got the 4 G-1145, I-864, I-765 and I-131 paperclip separately is it ok to send like that? I read don't use big binder clips or anything to heavy duty.

Thanks

We just put all the documents in order (as detailed in our cover letter), placed the g1145 on top and the check on top of that. One big paper clip to hold it all. Edited by A'n'L
