My fiance in Spain has an incomplete address history, so on the G325 we put down as follows (attached), but I notice now there's a mistake there for one of the dates as well.

Can I send this out like this, even with the words "Various address, no official"? Or am I running a huge risk of getting RFE'd?

In spain everyone has to be fully registered at each address and he was not able to be at some locations, and he doesn't remember some of the old addresses. One solution is to get an official census registry which we thought was going to happen today but he requested that today and they're saying it's going to take another 8 days to process.

I'm getting antsy here since we started this in September 1 and everything is taking too long. Do I ride this out another 8 days or just send stuff in as is?

Isn't it better to ride it out than risk getting an RFE? :)

8 days isn't going to make a big difference in the over all processing time. Take your time and make sure everything is complete and filled out properly. This process requires a lot of patience and diligence. And...keep copies of everything you send! Good luck on your visa journey!

So what about the fact that one of my entries in that form is incorrect? There's a 2 month gap I forgot about. Can I just use an attached sheet of paper to correct that? Waiting on him to sign it again and mail it out is going to be another 15 day process on top of the 8 days waiting for the updated addresses.

In addition, the "official" registry of addresses may not in fact have ALL of his addresses. Because it's only the official record, so it will likely still have gaps in it I need to explain somehow. I know this because he was not able to register at all the places he's lived at.

I'm thinking the best way of moving forward would be for him to fill out a new G325 with official and unofficial addresses, as best as he can remember, sign it, and then we send that in. They're not likely to ask for an official 'address registry' so long as that address history is complete at this stage and there aren't weird statements like "Various addresses, no official".

Was he "empadronado" in each one of them? did he update his DNI ( national documantion card) every time he changed address?, did he live longer than a year? if he didnt then dont worry too much about it.

No he did not get his spanish citizenship until early this year, he's Peruvian. He didn't update his address each time so I expect there to be gaps and he does not vote.

The only one that's a problem is a 2 year gap in Badajoz that I got on that sheet where he doesn't have registered addresses. Not really sure how to handle this well. I really don't want to include a Padron as I feel it's just going to add to confusion.

so he is Peruvian and Spanish now ? is he applying as Spanish or Peruvian ? did he get his spanish citizenship from his spanish parents ? if he didnt he will lose his spanish citizenship eventually unless he spends some time in spain from time to time.

He emigrated to Spain 12 years ago from Peru. He is applying as Spanish citizen now to come to the US. He would *not* be taking on the US citizenship, however. Only as a permanent resident here.

How often would he need to return to spain in that case? I didn't think it would matter where he spends his time now that he's a citizen of Spain, no?
