Thank you very much , you helped a lot . Now i know what i will have to do , I'll let you know what the letter says as soon as a get it . Im sure everybody here knows how important it is to have a GC and be able to star a life in a country so far away from home.

Let me know how it goes because I'm in the same boat. I've done the same thing only I didn't get a second RFE yet. I hope everything works out.

I wonder if it's possible to just put your father in law as your only sponsor if he makes enough money.

Hi everyone

I havent got my letter (second RFE) yet but I was thinking and Im worried.

We started my application for AOS on August 7th (if Im not wrong) and my medical exams expired on August 17th , The USCIS received my package before the medical exams expired but since Ive got 2 RFES, I was thinking if they can deny me due to the expired exams even though it was already at their office when it experied.. they didnt metion anything about it in my first RFE , now Im really really worried.

We took to long to apply for my GC because my husband didnt have the money right away and had to save up.

When medical are expired they usually send a rfe, but since you already had 2, I don't know if they'd send another one
