We filed for AOS/EAD/AP on 8/9, case was received on 8/12. We got the paper NOA, but nothing since. Shouldn't we have gotten a biometrics appointment by now? We mailed everything to the Chicago lock box but I guess our local office is in Baltimore. I can be patient, but I'm starting to get the feeling that something is wrong.

A lot of people around that date have been waiting a long time for the bio.

You have waited over 30 days so you can call them.

Also follow the August filers AOS so you can see the people in the same spot as you and what they are doing about it.

Normally you'd get the biometrics letter within 40 days from them receiving their application but still there is a lot of cases where you have to wait longer for many reasons. just be patient and give them a call about it. I've sent my AOS application on July 5th and still nothing.... so you are not alone out there... Good luck!

Well you are over the 75 days for the EAD so you can make a service request online on that one.

Thank you everyone. I just called and they opened a service request to get an appointment for biometrics for the EAD. I also gave him the case number for the I-485, and he had to transfer me for that one. I'm waiting for them to call me back. Here's the kicker: he said we will need 3 separate biometrics appointments???? One for the EAD, AOS, and AP? Does that sound right? I never heard of 3 separate appointments.

No. it should be only one appointment, for the ead and aos.
