We will have K1 Interview in about a month in Moscow.

The child, 15, wants to stay with Grandparents until May of next year.

If she goes to the interview with us and gets her Visa now, will it expire?

Or should we do another application for her later when she is ready to come? We will of course be married by then. So I am not sure what type of Visa we would apply for then.

She will be able to do a K-2 to join you later.

So nothing needed now then when she is ready (a bit before) you contact the embassy and they will tell you what is needed.

Medical

DS-160

visa fee

and an interview.
