Hey , me and my US citizen fiance live and work in Israel, so she cant be my sponsor.

We also do not have the money in her account in order to be my sponsor with her savings.

Is it possible for her to be a sponsor if someone will transfer to her account like 60k (USD) (3x the income per year) and we will have the bank statement that she owns that amount ?

or maybe it wont be enough since she got that as a gift ?

Can we print the bank statement a month and a half prior to the interview? or maybe it could cause a problem ?

thank you..

It'll definitely cause a problem. A lump sum recent deposit into your or her bank account isn't allowable as proof that you have sufficient income to sponsor an immigration applicant. You'll have to find a co-sponsor.

Also as USC your financee should have been doing tax returns for the time he/she worked there

living and working outside the US does not mean money is tax free

these tax returns need to be done ASAP

also he / she needs to have residency in the US to apply so they should move back and establish this

the one who is wiling to send you 60 K can be your cosponsor to take care of the sponsorship issue but you need to do taxes and make arrangements to pay all federal taxes, SS withholdings and medicare payments due

I recommend not going this route. You would need to provide bank statements over the course of at least a year showing consistent income -- it's not so much about what is in your savings, it's about your income. You need to show proof of employment, and a letter from your employer that includes the salary being earned for the job.

You also need to show prior tax documentation - either tax returns or a tax transcript at least for the past year (it's best if you have this information from the past 3 years).

Your best option for the situation you are in is to have a co-sponsor in the U.S.
